Unframed prints: Allow 5-7 days for your order to arrive.

Framed orders within New Zealand are delivered or available for pick up within 2 weeks. If your order is urgent, please get in touch prior to ordering to ensure we can get it to you in time. 

Framed orders to Australia will be shipped within 4 weeks from order date. 

Unframed/Print only:
Within NZ: $15

International shipping: $28 - $50 (depending on country)

Framed Prints:
Within NZ: $25 - $200 depending on location and size of print.

Australia: $60 - $300 depending on location and size of print.

Other Countries: We currently don't ship framed artwork however we are working on changing this. :)

We offer pick ups directly from our Printers and Framers in Auckland only.

We use two different places, so pick up will either be from Ponsonby or Mairangi Bay depending on what you’re after, (Size of print, turnaround time and stock availability determines pick up point).

We’re based in Auckland and travel often - within New Zealand and overseas. 

We don’t have a physical store. We’re online only and orders are made to order.

The size of the print you select will be the total size of the print/paper. So the small border is included in the print size.

FINISHED FRAME SIZE
If you are having it framed, this is the finished frame size so use these dimensions when working out how your art will look in your space. 

A4 = 345mm x 260mm
A3 = 470mm x 345mm 
A2 = 645mm x 470mm 
A1 = 890mm x 645mm 
A0 = 1250mm x 905mm

You can select whether you want a border and signature or without.

Petite / A4 - 17mm border

Orders within NZ:

Standard Glass: Standard 2mm glass or UltraVue non reflective Glass (Amazing clarity, Virtually eliminates reflection and Blocks 70% of UV light).

For Australia, we use UV acrylic art glass - this makes it much safer to ship overseas and also a lot easier when hanging your art because it’s much lighter than glass.

Please send us an email (sony@alexandsony.com) with the dimensions you’re after and we can adjust the image as long as there’s not too much cropping involved.
